The most effective affirmations and visualizations are done in a calm, relaxed, meditative state.  For most of us, in the daytime and early evening we are doing our work and taking care of business, cleaning house etc…  During these times it is difficult for most to enter a meditative state at will.  

With this in mind the very best times for doing your creative visualizations and or affirmations, is in the early morning hours just after waking as well as just before you go to sleep.  During the before sleep and after waking time span, your conscious mind takes more of a back seat and begins to rest, these are the best times to change your thinking, and when you change your thinking you change your life.

When trying to motivate yourself the only way to really make this happen is to believe that you are already living in this new life. Do not let outside negative thoughts stop you from your dreams and being positive, nothing happens by coincidence, people do not have more luck or less luck, it you believe you are lucky you will be lucky if you believe you are unlucky you will be unlucky. The best way to motivate yourself is to by motivational books and videos, read them all the time watch the videos and be grateful for the things you have and what you are going to receive.

use the law of attraction better with the emwave stress reliever

Getting into stress free and relaxed state is paramount to using the law of attraction to your advantage. Stressed scattered thinking is your enemy. One terrific tool I’ve found to ensure I change my state is the Emwave heart coherence monitor. What the Emwave does is listen to your heartbeat then prompt you to breathe at a certain rhythm. After about 10 min or so on the intermediate setting, it’s practically impossible to be stressed. You don’t need of these devices at all, but for gadget lovers it’s a terrific tool that does produce results. Give it a try.

When you are looking for a job, fear is an enemy that rears it’s ugly head. You may not think you are in fear but analyze why a job interview is so nerve wracking. There is a clingy and grasping feeling that says “I better get this one…ohhh c’mon”. This comes from a fear of rejection and is very primal to our nature. But for the most part it is misplaced. We live in a very dynamic economy in the developed and even developing economies, opportunities can and do spring up all of the time.

So, how to we use the secret or the law of attraction to our advantage in job seeking? Get out a pen and paper. Then write down all of the things you want from your new job, keep it relatively short with a few very specific qualities. Then write down the virtues you have and want your new employer to appreciate you for. After these two lists are done, relax and imagine what it’s like now that you have this job, imagine being apprenticed for your performance and work ethic. Then send some resumes and make some calls with a cheerful attitude. Later, do this exercise before bed, then again in the morning until you succeed.

Probably the most important part of using the law of attraction for success is changing your mind.  That is the secret to attracting abundance and success.  By changing your mind I mean changing your perception which in turn changes and sculpts your reality.  Most of us have many limiting beliefs, many of which we are unaware of in the present moment.  Usually a success oriented book or program will have you go through mental exercises that will help you identify the limiting beliefs.  This is very powerful as many times simply understanding the limiting belief gives you all you need to defeat it.  But this process can be time consuming and painful.

When you use hypnosis properly and carefully you can bypass and replace existing limiting beliefs, sometimes with rapid speed.  While it’s not a cure all it can be used very successfully to attract abundance and success into your life.  But you have to stick with it allowing the initial subtle changes to motivate you to continue.  

You do not have to fall asleep for the suggestions to work, you simply relax and allow for the possibility that the statements spoken by the hypnotist are true.  Over time your thinking will change and you will be automatically using the law of attraction for a life of abundance.

Serge King is THE Huna master.  Mastering Your Hidden Self is an Absolute MUST READ, looking at Amazon it appears he has a new book out soon as well.  Huna is the world’s most practical, powerful, and simplified shamanic system.  Serge King’s pragmatism goes a long way toward making him Huna’s very best teacher.  He has many books and all of them are terrific for learning/mastering the law of attraction and living a life of abundance.  Huna has seven principles.  While they are all equally important, Aloha “To Love is To Be Happy With” sticks with me the most.  Basically it means exactly that, if you want to love something/ somebody then love them, no judging, no “I love them, but…”  Simply Love them.        

Another principle is “Now Is The Moment of Power” this is an EXTREMELY powerful way to understand living in the now, which can be misunderstood as not caring about the future, quite the contrary.  Your power to attract abundance IS NOW, not in the past or the future it is right here right now.  Do yourself a favor, read the Urban Shaman and Mastering your Hidden Self.

 

 

Meditation is a powerful tool for your success.  There are basically two types of meditation.

Passive Meditation

Passive meditation clears the mind so one can be free of the mental chatter that clouds thought and impairs sound judgment.  For many meditators this is the only meditation they ever practice.

Creative Meditation

Creative meditation is important for using the law of attraction but starts with passive meditation.  First one must relax and clear the mind.  Any method that can get you relaxed, calm and comfortable is a good start.  Then you must relax for a while, this simply cannot be rushed, rushed thinking is the opposite of what you are trying to achieve.  Once you feel calm and relaxed you can begin to do creative visualization to create your reality.
