Here is an exercise that someone told me once that I found to be very useful.  The purpose is to build confidence using memories of past events.  While many of us replay negative failure memories over an over, there are also success memories that you can use to your advantage.

 

You start with a pen an piece of paper, you can type but I feel the pen and paper make it more real.  Think of something you did successfully yesterday, even if all you can get is “woke up and made it to work, or emailed resume to 10 possible jobs and made 3 followup calls” anything you can say you positively accomplished.  Then go back one day, one week, one month, a year, a decade.  

The further you go back you will be able to find larger and larger successes.  What this will show you is that you have a track record of success, this will aid you in the law of attraction as your attitude will reflect a more successful you and you will attract success and abundance into your life.  Try it, let me know if it helps.
